Final DPS

Here is my final product design for my double page spread. It incorporates photos of all of the band members and also all of the original logos. The text is set out in an interview state explaining the changes in the band and what the future is looking like for the band (INFEST)

Now focusing on the double page spread

Right here we go, moving on to the double page, as you can see from the image, the black and white colour scheme has changed dramatically, by that i mean the colours have swapped around :P Also within this image you can see the image of my bands singer. the images of the band will be next to this image as this is just a test view of where they will go. According to a few peer members my spread could do with a bit more work. Well obviously : /

Final Final Front Cover Design

Right I know ive said all this before, but here is my final copy of the design for my front cover my front cover for my metal magazine all the unneccessary spaces and i have made all the fonts alot more readable. Overall from my feedback I have had I have been told this is as good as it can get for my covers.

Extra Research and Information About Double Page Spread

The main stories in my magazine is the story of how my old band collapsed and how it reformed into a newer and greater band.
My old band consisted of 4 people,
Kev-Drummer
Nick-Vocals
Chris-Lead Guitar
Me-Bass
We decided that the drummer didnt have all his heart in the band. The old website for the band is

Since then we have got rid of our old drummer due to his unheartedness and we have replaced him. That is the only change in this band

Double Page Spread

I am sorry that I have not posted anything in quite a while but I have been really busy recently with exams and coursework from other lessons. I will be hoping to keep up on my media studies workload alot more.
Back to the point, here is what I am going to base my background of my double page spread. I may have to alter it a bit so it fits eveything. However at the moment the colours used are matching to the front cover and the double page spread. I may also use a similar colour schemed picture as the background so that it fills up the whit spaces with much more detail and interesting things.

Contents page Again

Here is another draft of the contents page where I have swapped around the background colours and I have made the background of the text boxes lighter so that the red is alot easier to read over it. Also I have made the writing on the text boxes a little more legible in a new font style that is a lot easier to read than the other one was. I think to improve this I will need to add more stories into it so it seems like a proper magazine :)
